Aaron Marcum (Chairman/Owner) has spent more than 25 years shaping the home care industry as a two-time successful agency owner, executive coach, and recognized trailblazer. After exiting his first agency in 2007, he founded Home Care Pulse (now Activated Insights), building it into the industry standard before exiting in 2020. He has created a first-of-its-kind retention model for the industry, is a 5-time Amazon bestselling author, and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
JM Simmonds (CEO/Owner) spent over a decade as CEO and owner of Clear Path Home Care, growing it into one of the most trusted names in the industry with six offices across Texas. He holds a B.S degree in Information Technology from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio. JM has a passion for providing the highest levels of care to rural areas including serving on Stephens Memorial Hospital Board for four years. He is also an owner of Four Pillars Hospice in Texas.
Michele Simmonds (CMO/Owner) brings three decades of healthcare expertise having worked in hospital settings as well as home health and hospice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Paired with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her 12 years experience in home care, she has been able to create and refine a personal approach to the marketing process. During her ownership of Clear Path Home Care and active participation in the Home Care Association of America, Michele chartered the first Texas Chapter and continues to spend time in Washington advocating for the senior and veteran communities.
Beth Niemann (COO/Owner)served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Clear Path Home Care and brings 28 years of experience in senior care, from caregiver to Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to executive sales and operations leadership roles. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation. With a strong commitment to operational excellence, she focuses on building culture, strengthening caregiver retention, and creating sustainable, people-first organizations. Her holistic, compassionate approach ensures every client is cared for with dignity and grace.
Megan Martindale (Integrator/Owner) Transforms complex operations into scalable systems that drive growth. With a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and over three years supporting home care leaders, she brings precision to chaos. Her career spans healthcare operations and strategic support, building infrastructure that enhances member experiences and allows leaders to focus on growth.
