As Riverside’s Community Liaison, Heather Cook helps build strong connections between Riverside Home Care and the communities we serve across Casper and Cheyenne, Wyoming. With a background that began in nursing, Heather brings a unique blend of clinical insight and heartfelt relationship-building to every conversation—helping families, referral partners, and community organizations feel informed, supported, and confident as care needs arise.

Heather is passionate about making sure Riverside’s mission of compassionate, locally owned home care is both visible and accessible. She spends her time listening to families’ stories, collaborating with local providers and senior resources, and sharing practical guidance that helps people navigate care decisions with clarity and peace of mind.
