Robin Gillespie,
Director of Growth Strategy

As Riverside Home Care’s Director of Growth Strategy, Robin helps expand Riverside’s reach while keeping strong, trusted connections at the community level. She works closely with each location’s Community Liaison to build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, provider offices, senior communities, and local organizations, and collaborates with executive leadership to identify new markets where Riverside’s care can best serve seniors and families.

Robin has been in healthcare since the age of 17, beginning her career in direct patient care as a registered sonographer. Her path later led her into home health and hospice, where she found her passion for supporting seniors and guiding families through complex care decisions. Helping others has always been at the core of her work.

She brings a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration, registrations in Radiologic Technology and Sonography, and certifications as a Stephen Minister and Grief Counselor. Robin is especially skilled at helping families navigate senior resources, offering clarity, compassion, and reassurance during what can be overwhelming transitions.

To Robin, Compassionate Care, in the Home of Your Choice means meeting seniors where they feel most at ease—whether in a longtime family home or a community setting—while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.

One of her most meaningful moments came when a client who initially resisted any help ultimately transitioned into independent living with home care support and quickly found joy and confidence in her new environment—a reminder of how the right care can change lives.

Outside of work, Robin is a proud Nebraska native who enjoys cheering on the Huskers, spending time with her four sons (often golfing), traveling, and attending music festivals. Her approach to care is collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply aligned with Riverside’s mission to serve with heart.
